Tariffs

These are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive of GST.

Bookings Conditions

To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required, with full payment to be received from 14 days before arrival.

No pets allowed.

Only the number of persons booked may stay in the apartment overnight.

Minimum booking of 2 nights.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to apply an administration fee* equivalent to one nights accommodation on cancellations of more than 14 days notice before arrival.

On cancellations with 14 days or less notice prior to arrival date – a fee* of 2 nights accommodation or 50% of the nights cancelled will apply, whichever is greater.

Notice is to be received in writing.

Travel insurance is advisable.

*Fees may be credited to a future re-booking of similar duration at Port Douglas Bay Villas Resort, less a rebooking charge of $50 and subject to room availability, for travel dates up to 12 months from the original cancelled booking.

Disclaimer

At all times we, Bay Villas Resort, will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we reserve the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time.
You will be notified by us of any changes/amendments to the booking and refunds due and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Check in Times
Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellations

There are NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
"No Show" = "No Refund"
Travel Insurance is advisable.

Cleaning and linen charges
For bookings of 6 days and over the linen will be changed mid-way during your stay.
Daily Service
All units are available with a daily service and towel change for an additional fee. Please advise when booking if you would like these extra services.
